Good service. Plant arrived healthy. Only negative as that it arrived upside down which luckily didn't seem to damage the plant. The box didn't seem to have any obvious directional arrows and the label had been put on the wrong way up - so not surprising it was upside down. In future could be improved to make it clear which way up it needs to be delivered and stored.
Hello not very impressed plant arrived two stems one very weak ,just hoping the plant survives just looks very fragile

Plant arrived very well packed and in good condition.
Not packed well, not clear arrows for ‘this way up’ and the delivery driver couldn’t tell which way round it was supposed to be. It arrived upside down with soil every where and the plant was battered. I’m not sure the plant will survive.
I purchased the Calathea 'Ornata' XL1x delivery height 80-90 cm, pot size Ø 19 cm and it arrived perfectly intact and very healthy. I repotted after leaving in water and day light for a short while.I have now had it for just over 2 weeks and it is thriving. Very happy.
We ordered a pack of 6 aquatic plants for our pond and when they arrived there were no labels on the individual pots so we were left to work out what each plant was. On checking names & leaf shapes we deduced that 3 were only moist border plants, 2 were just for pond margins and only one was a full pond plant.On contacting Bakker this is the reply we got which was absolutely useless!! :- Regarding your question, I am sorry to inform you that here on my side I have limited info on aquatic plants also. This is a common question we get and it is already escalated to our supplier.

Good website, smooth and quick delivery considering it’s from The Netherlands and the current Brexit border issues. Plants seem to be doing ok, and the tubers look great.
Good set of bulbs, well packed and arrived speadily. What I would say is that it took me (not the most experienced of gardeners) a while to work out what the ranuculous bulbs actually were (they look like weird spidery/fingery things rather than standard bulbs) and how to plant them. Maybe a little planting advice accompanying the pack would be helpful. No flowers just yet (it's a bit early), but confident I'll see some action in a few weeks.
I couldn't believe it when my plant was delivered upside town , with soil everywhere. Zero markings on box saying "This way up". How unprofessional.
Was amazed these plants arrived so quickly and in such good condition. Packaging could have been a bit better but great value and service. Will buy from Bakker again
